Sush is the consummate professional and can be counted on to deliver outstanding results in challenging and diverse work environments. Sushrutha’s attention to detail and knowledge of system workflows led our group through many complex initiatives and managed stakeholder expectations across the board efficiently. His ability to convey technical terms into business terms and vice verse to meet end user needs and delivery first time quality is rare and would be a remarkable asset to any company.
Sush is one of my key resources. He is very dedicated and sincere on all his assignments. His analytical skills are commendable. Any problem statement on the table, Sush will have his own way of dealing it and always provide valuable inputs to fix them and that will be out of the box thinking. Coming to the role as product owner, Sush has proved himself again in handling the onshore team with very minimal support from me (his supervisor) and exceeded my expectations on the UI design and outcome with user experience mindset. He is a very good team player with high moral and work ethics. I highly recommend Sush for Product Owner role.

Sushruth in one sentence is a "smart cookie". have impeccable manners and his kindness is a "balm" to who encounter it. A very dedicated team member I could ever ask for, work his own style and turns out to be the best style/approach. Any team would be luck to have him. He always keep learning and better himself.
